We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the The Old Town Cottonwood Main Street with everything within walking distance. The rooms were beautifully decorated and amazingly clean. The hotel facilities, including the outdoor patio space, were fantastic for family gatherings and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Being close to great restaurants and a favorite tasting room made our stay even more enjoyable.

Reasonably clean, spacious hotel with private parking onsite. Fabulously helpful staff, easy check in. Location adjacent to both train and tram station and which is walking distance to the CBD. Great to have a signature restaurant which was nothing special for breakfast and dinner. Real good stay, as always.

Room size is great, high quality stuff in there, and you get free wifi, a mini-fridge, and a terrace. Also, it's right in the middle of everything. 📍

Quick check-in and efficient check-out, parking on site. Impressive and perfect room available with king bed, continental breakfast on the Sunday and a spacious bathroom.

The twin room had a useful work area and dressing room, and the heated pool was enjoyable, while I also appreciated having hot drinks in the downstairs bar. The hotel had very comfortable sleeping accommodations with feather pillows as requested. The bath amenities were great, and the indoor lap pool, with no chlorine smell, was the best I've ever seen. The hotel honored my reservation, even though they couldn't find it in their system. The location was perfect, with prompt valet parking and close proximity to high quality restaurants in the CBD and Fitzroy eateries.

I had a delightful stay at a luxurious hotel in Melbourne recently. The room was incredibly spacious and had thoughtful touches like bath salts and anti-slip mats in the bathroom. The room service menu had a wide variety of options at reasonable prices. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The blackout curtains ensured a restful night's sleep, and we even got to meet Mr. Walker, the adorable canine ambassador.

The breakfast room is not as good as the larger room it used to be in and the breakfast offerings could have been better.
